Upon completion of the form, attach the form and a copy of your driver’s license in an email to support@genuinelicense.com or phone to +1 234-414-4141. If for any reason the form is not loading, go ahead and fill out your information to the side and the form will be emailed to you.

Agreement Terms

1.All invoices are to be paid 30 days from the date of the invoice. 2.If payment is more than 14 days late, Genuine License  will charge the card on file with an additional 10% fee. 3.Claims arising from invoices must be made within seven working days. 4.By submitting this application, you authorize Genuine License to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.
